Understanding the Pregnancy Glow (and the Puff)

Pregnancy brings a beautiful glow thanks to increased blood flow and hormonal changes. But those same hormones can also cause your body to retain extra fluid, sometimes leading to swelling.

The good news? Water retention during pregnancy is usually perfectly normal and temporary. It's just your body doing its thing. But that doesn't mean you have to live with it!

FaceFit: Your Face's Natural Refresh 

So, how can you gently refresh your face and address that pregnancy puff? FaceFit workouts stimulate the lymphatic system – your face's natural drainage network – to encourage the release of excess fluid, improve circulation, and subtly tone your face muscles.

 Your At-Home FaceFit Routine (Plus Tools!)

Okay, mama, let's get to the good stuff! Here's a simple FaceFit routine you can squeeze into your day – even if it's just for a few minutes. Remember, consistency is key!

 Puffiness Reduction: Soothe and Improve Circulation

With Tool (FaceFit Ice Stick or FaceFit Cryo Sticks): Gently roll the cooled tool  all over your face for 1-2 minutes.

Without Tool: Gently tap all over your face. Use light, rhythmic movements for 1-2 minutes.

 Facial Relaxation: Release and Relieve Tension

With Tool (FaceFit Weighted Ball): Gently roll the Weighted Ball in an outward motion on your forehead, temples, cheeks, jaw, or neck while breathing deeply to release tension, lift the face, tone muscles, and reduce puffiness.

Without Tool: Lie down comfortably. Use your fingertips to gently massage your forehead in small, circular motions. Focus on releasing jaw tension.

Neck and Jaw Definition: Sculpt and Define

With Tool (FaceFit Multi-Sculpt): Apply facial oil then use the long edge of the Multi-Sculpt to glide down the sides of your neck for lymphatic drainage, the short edge to lift the brow area, and the grip to contour your jawline.

Without Tool: Gently glide your fingertips down the sides of your neck (ears to collarbone). Then, slide thumbs along your jawline (chin to ears).
