How to Choose Your FaceFit Workout: A Guide to Every Session
One of the most common questions we get from clients, new and returning alike, is which workout to book.
The FaceFit Sculpt is where almost everyone starts, and for good reason. But FaceFit offers more than one session, and understanding what each one does makes it significantly easier to train your face with intention rather than guesswork.
Here is what you need to know.
The FaceFit Sculpt (35 minutes)
Best for: Everyone. This is the foundation of everything at FaceFit.
The FaceFit Sculpt is built on four stages: stretching, warm-up, cardio, and sculpting. It covers the full face and neck, activates circulation, releases tension, drains fluid, and delivers visible lift and definition.
If you are new to FaceFit, start here. If you are a regular client, this is your consistent baseline. Everything else builds on or extends what the FaceFit Sculpt does.
Book this when you want a complete, full-face session that addresses everything at once.
The Cryo Contour (50 minutes)
Best for: Clients who want definition, sculpting, and the added power of cold therapy.
The Cryo Contour extends the FaceFit Sculpt with the addition of cryotherapy. Cold tools and techniques are used throughout to enhance lymphatic drainage, reduce inflammation, and create a sharper, more sculpted finish.
Cold has a natural toning effect on the tissue. Combined with the muscle work of the FaceFit Sculpt foundation, the Cryo Contour delivers a more pronounced definition in the jawline and cheekbones, and a particularly clean, firm finish to the skin.
Book this when you want maximum definition, before an event, or when you're dealing with puffiness that needs more targeted attention.
The Clean Lift (60 minutes)
Best for: Clients focused on firmness, lifting, and the deeper structural work.
The Clean Lift is a longer, more intensive session that goes deeper into the muscle work. It is designed for clients who want to focus on lift and firmness above everything else, particularly in the mid-face and brow areas.
The extended time allows for more thorough work in each zone, with greater attention to the upper face, forehead, and temples alongside the jawline and neck.
Book this when lifting and firming are your primary goals, or when you want a more thorough, unhurried session that covers every zone in depth.
The Full Circuit (90 minutes)
Best for: Clients who want everything in one session, or those with multiple concerns to address.
The Full Circuit is the most comprehensive session at FaceFit. It combines all four workout stages with additional techniques and significantly more time in each zone. Every part of the face and neck is addressed in detail.
This is not an everyday session. It is a deep investment in your face, suited to clients who want to see significant change in a single visit, or who are preparing for something important and want the most thorough treatment available.
Book this for a special occasion, to mark the beginning of a committed training period, or when you want to experience everything FaceFit can do in a single session.
How to choose
If you are not sure where to start, start with FaceFit Sculpt. It will tell you a lot about your face and what it needs, and your trainer can guide you from there.
From there, boosters are how you target specific concerns. Every session can be enhanced with an add-on, and your trainer will always recommend what pairs best based on what your face needs that day.
You do not need to arrive with a plan. Tell your trainer what you want to address and they will build the session around it.
